Performance Marketer

MySivi is a Y Combinator Backed fast-growing AI startup based in Bengaluru, India. In the year 2025 the startup has grown 10x in terms of revenue and user growth, with only 12 employees.

Our app is India's first AI Tutor (launched in 2022 before even chatgpt came) designed to help users practice English speaking, with more than 10 million downloads (ios and android) and 4.6 star rating across platforms. What will you do? Handle Google and Meta ads end-to-end Identify bottlenecks in ads and increase efficiency Take ownership of a set of campaigns and handle budget Write concept briefs and work with content writers Iterate on best performing videos Content ownership of a set of campaigns to avoid creative fatigue Bonus if you can write scripts for ads with proper hypothesis and persona in mind Bonus if you can generate ads via AI (Veo3, other AI tools) Bonus if you can shoot content (your own face) Work with founders on a daily basis to scale the business to 200cr+ ARR in the next 6 months Handle 2cr+ monthly budget and scale further

What do we need? At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing Good hands on experience with meta and/or google ads Strong performance marketing fundamentals Must have worked with consumer apps Great understanding of content (short form) Must be able to handle creative strategy Great energy and fun to work with
