Job Responsibilities:

- Handling end-to-end payroll processing (attendance, salary calculation, statutory compliance). - Managing employee records and HR documentation. - Coordinating with accounts for salary disbursement. - Driving employee engagement activities and staff welfare initiatives. - Addressing employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.

Key Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience as HR Generalist in hotel/hospitality industry preferred. - Strong knowledge of payroll processing and basic labour laws. - Good communication and coordination skills.
