Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can own the end-to-end sales cycle for TeamGrid.ai and other Cord4 AI products. This is a strategic, consultative sales role, not a basic telecalling or order-taking position.
You will work closely with the founder, product, and marketing teams to convert leads, refine sales messaging, handle demos, and close mid-to-large B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Own the complete sales cycle: lead qualification → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure
Sell TeamGrid.ai to SMBs, startups, agencies, IT firms, marketing companies, accounting & professional service firms
Handle inbound leads (ads, website, referrals) and drive outbound sales initiatives when required
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Product & Solution Selling
Understand TeamGrid.ai deeply and position it as a productivity intelligence tool, not just a tracking software
Identify client pain points (productivity loss, inefficiency, team issues) and map them to product value
Handle objections around features like attendance, monitoring, payroll expectations, etc., and reframe value
Demos & Client Communication
Conduct product demos for founders, managers, and decision-makers
Customize demos based on industry (IT, marketing, accounting, agencies, etc.)
Coordinate with product team for feature clarifications and roadmap alignment
Sales Strategy & Process
Help refine sales pitch, pricing strategy, and packaging
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting
Share market feedback to improve product positioning and messaging
Required Skills & Experience
3–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software / IT Services sales
Proven experience closing mid-ticket to high-ticket deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience selling subscription-based products or enterprise tools
Ability to explain complex products in simple business terms
Comfortable working in a startup / fast-moving environment
