Role Title: Creative Campaign Strategist (D2C/B2C)

We are looking for a Creative Campaign & Media Strategist / Manager with deep, demonstrable experience in building and scaling D2C/B2C silver jewellery brands. You will own how the brand looks, sounds, and feels across every consumer touchpoint, with Instagram and digital campaigns as the primary vehicles.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Identity: You will define and refine the brand's visual and verbal identity, tone of voice, positioning, and persona. Every piece of content must reflect a coherent brand world, not just a trending format.
Instagram & Social Media Ecosystem: End-to-end ownership of Instagram, including feed strategy, Reels, Stories, collabs, and community management. You must understand the platform at a technical level, including reach vs. engagement strategy, algorithm behaviour, content velocity, and profile optimisation for discovery.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Conceptualise, plan, and execute full-funnel brand campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages. Experience with seasonal campaigns, launch campaigns, and influencer-led campaigns in the jewellery category is non-negotiable.
Influencer & Creator Strategy: Build and manage a tiered influencer program across nano, micro, and macro creators. You should know how to identify the right creators for jewellery, negotiate deliverables, brief them effectively, and measure true campaign ROI beyond vanity metrics.
Content Direction: Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce content that is on-brand, platform-native, and commercially effective. You should be able to write briefs, give creative direction, and identify when content is off-brand, even if you are not the one producing it.
Performance Tracking: Own your metrics. Track CAC contribution from organic/social, follower growth rate, engagement benchmarks, content performance by format, and campaign attribution. Monthly reporting with clear learnings is expected.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience with D2C/B2C silver jewellery brands
- Deep expertise in Instagram-first brand building, Instagram's algorithm, content formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels), and growth mechanics
- Someone who's owned campaigns end-to-end, not just executed tasks
- A strategic mind with a creative soul

You must have 3 to 6 years of brand or social media experience, with at least 2 years specifically in silver jewellery or fine jewellery brands in a D2C or B2C context.
You should have been a core team member or lead on at least one large-scale campaign for a jewellery brand, with measurable outcomes you can speak to. A portfolio demonstrating Instagram brand builds, campaign creative, and results is mandatory.
You should be as comfortable writing a brand brief as you are reviewing a Reels hook in the first three seconds.
Experience with jewellery product shoots and styling direction. Understanding of the silver jewellery consumer in the Indian market. Exposure to D2C brand launches or rebrands. Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut for quick turnarounds.
