Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented research intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executive search research, industry mapping, and talent intelligence. The ideal candidate will assist in building market intelligence, supporting search mandates, and contributing to the firm's strategic research initiatives. This role would transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth industry research and market mapping for leadership hiring mandates. Develop comprehensive talent pools and maintain updated candidate databases. Assist in preparing candidate reports, market insights, and client presentations. Support the search team with company profiling, organizational mapping, and competitor analysis. Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality in research deliverables. Collaborate closely with Consultants and Engagement Leads to align research efforts with client needs. Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and market dynamics.

What are we looking for: Skills: Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet-based research tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude and intellectual curiosity. Experience or coursework in HR, Business Administration, Research, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Additional experience in executive search or talent acquisition, ideally in a client- facing role within a professional services environment, is a plus but not mandatory.
