FHIR/ HL7 Data Engineer

Job Title:

Data Engineer – Healthcare Interoperability Key Skills: Strong experience with

Python

and

SQL Hands-on with

GCP services

– Cloud Composer (Airflow/DAGs), Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL/BigQuery Good knowledge of

healthcare data standards

CCDA and FHIR

(HL7 is nice to have) Experience with

data conversion

– HL7 → FHIR or CCDA → FHIR Ability to design and build

ETL/ELT pipelines

and automate workflows in GCP Experience in

performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring

of data pipelines in production environments. Familiarity with

FHIR data stores/APIs

and RESTful operations. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes, and Agile delivery. Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Exposure to

InterSystems IRIS for Health

or similar integration tools Familiarity with healthcare terminologies (LOINC, SNOMED, ICD, RxNorm) Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Can work

independently

and take ownership of deliverables Excellent communication and collaboration in an agile setup
