Senior Data Analyst - Collections

Qualifications:

- About 2-8 years experience in credit card collections or operations analytics. - Basic knowledge of credit card collections lifecycle and performance metrics - Advanced SQL skills for large and complex datasets - Strong business acumen, such as in solving business to data interpretations, or making sense of data anomalies. - Excellent communication, and data visualization skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement credit card collection strategies based on data insights - Lead multiple analytics projects with minimal supervision - Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends and improvement opportunities - Design and optimize Champion-Challenger tests to enhance collections - Collaborate with stakeholders to present insights and influence decision-making - Mentor junior analysts in analytics and data knowledge - Document key projects and maintain them in on shared space
