Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Loyalty Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels, located in Bengaluru. The Loyalty Manager will be responsible for developing and managing loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving customer engagement strategies, analyzing program performance, collaborating with sales teams to integrate loyalty initiatives, and overseeing program-related projects to ensure their successful execution. The role requires a customer-centric approach to build and sustain the loyalty of Royal Orchid's patrons.

Qualifications Proficiency in managing Loyalty Programs and enhancing Customer Loyalty. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and derive actionable insights. Experienced in Sales and collaboration with sales teams to align goals. Proven ability in Project Management, ensuring timely and effective execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer and internal relationships. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospitality environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing, business administration, or related field, with prior experience in customer loyalty or hospitality preferred.
