Role Summary
The Regional Manager will lead end-to-end regional operations including Sales, Service, Network Expansion, and Profitability. This role carries full regional P&L ownership and is responsible for scaling large multi-city retail and service networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complete regional P&L including revenue, margin, cost control, and working capital.
- Drive multi-region sales, retail operations, and service excellence.
- Scale dealership / COCO retail network across cities and micro-markets.
- Lead Area Managers, and cross-functional regional teams across sales and after sales.
- Improve store productivity, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Ensure operational rigor through SOP implementation and KPI dashboards.
- Collaborate with central teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, HR) for seamless execution.
- Drive rapid expansion while maintaining unit economics and operational discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10–13 years of multi-region leadership experience in Sales / Operations / Service.
- Strong experience managing large dealership or retail ecosystems.
- Proven track record of scaling regional networks with full P&L accountability.
- Tier 1/2 MBA preferred with rapid career progression.
- Background from Automotive (2W/4W/EV), Retail, Telecom or Banking sectors.
- Strong cross-functional exposure and data-driven decision-making ability.
