Role Overview Capella is hiring a full-time Fashion Designer to lead concept development, garment design, and collection execution. This role requires strong creative direction, technical knowledge, and the ability to translate ideas into production-ready designs. You will work directly with the founder to build seasonal collections, refine silhouettes, and elevate product quality across categories including T-shirts, hoodies, denim, shirts, jackets, and special drops.

Key Responsibilities Design complete seasonal and capsule collections Develop original graphics, typography placements, and garment concepts Create detailed tech packs (measurements, stitching, trims, fabric specs) Oversee fit development and sampling revisions Ensure consistency in brand identity across all products Collaborate with manufacturers for production execution Research global streetwear trends while maintaining brand originality Requirements Experience in Streetwear is required Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (CLO 3D is a plus) Ability to create production-ready tech packs Strong knowledge of sizing, grading, and fit development Clear communication skills with factories and suppliers Portfolio demonstrating strong streetwear aesthetic and identity-driven design What We Look For Precision in detail Strong typography sense Understanding of silhouette and structure Long-term growth mindset
