Role Description We are hiring an

Inside Sales Consultant

to join our growing team. This is a

full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru

(remote for now, with on-ground coordination as required). The role focuses on

consultative, inbound sales

- understanding customer needs, guiding them through custom furniture options, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders

Compensation and Salary ₹25,000 fixed salary 1% commission on sales Earning potential: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (and higher with performance) Clear scope to grow with the company as we scale

Key Responsibilities Handle and convert

inbound customer enquiries

via

calls and WhatsApp Understand customer requirements, budgets, and timelines Follow up proactively and

own closures end-to-end Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution Visit factories periodically to gain hands-on product and process understanding Contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience

Qualifications Strong communication skills and confidence in customer interactions Experience or interest in

sales / business development / inside sales Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced startup environment Results-oriented mindset with good organisational skills Prior experience in

furniture, interiors, or home décor

is a plus (not mandatory) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
