We are looking for an experienced

Tax Senior Manager

to join a dynamic US Tax Services team supporting middle-market clients, including complex and multi-state engagements.

Role Overview As a Tax Senior Manager, you will act as the primary engagement lead, owning client relationships, technical quality, and overall delivery while mentoring high-performing tax teams. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary engagement manager with responsibility for billing, realization, and collections • Lead and final-review US partnership and corporate tax returns (Federal, State & Local, and Foreign) • Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and advisory opportunities • Ensure technical accuracy and resolve complex tax issues across engagements • Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and quality of tax delivery • Develop, mentor, and supervise Managers, Seniors, and Staff • Drive business development through networking, client expansion, and new opportunities Required Experience & Skills •

10+ years of experience

in US Taxation • Strong expertise in

Partnership (1065) and Corporate Tax • Prior experience in a

public accounting / professional services firm

preferred • Domain experience in

Financial Services or Real Estate • Minimum

4+ years of people management
