Role Summary
The Senior E-Commerce Head will lead the strategy, growth, and profitability of the brand’s online business across website, marketplaces, and social commerce platforms. The role oversees digital sales performance, customer experience, marketing efficiency, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless operations and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategy to drive revenue and profitability.
Manage website operations, product listings, launches, and order fulfillment processes.
Lead performance marketing initiatives and optimize ROAS and digital budgets.
Oversee content strategy, brand positioning, and online campaigns.
Monitor analytics, sales performance, and customer behavior insights.
Enhance customer journey, retention, and service quality.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and retail teams for inventory planning.
Lead and manage digital, catalog, and customer support teams.
Requirements
6–10 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion/apparel.
Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and D2C operations.
Leadership mindset with strategic and data-driven decision-making skills.
Understanding of women’s ethnic wear market is preferred.
