Job Description
Core Objective
Drive measurable growth (leads/sales/app installs/footfall) through paid media by planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Planning
Build full-funnel paid plans (TOF/MOF/BOF) aligned to business goals
Choose channels: Meta, Google Search/PMAX/YouTube, LinkedIn (if B2B), etc.
Define targeting, budget split, bidding strategy, and timelines
Campaign Setup & Execution
Launch and manage campaigns: Lead Gen, Website Conversions, Catalog/Shopping, App campaigns
Create ad structures: campaigns → ad sets → creatives, with clean naming conventions
Implement audience strategy: cold, retargeting, lookalikes, interest stacks
Creative & Copy Direction (with team)
Brief designers/video editors with clear hooks, formats, angles, and CTAs
Run creative testing: multiple hooks, offers, formats (reels, statics, UGC)
Ensure ad quality + platform compliance
Tracking, Analytics & Attribution
Set up and audit tracking: Pixel/CAPI, GA4, UTM, events, conversion goals
Monitor attribution, funnel drop-offs, and landing page performance
Troubleshoot tracking issues and data mismatches
Optimization & Scaling
Optimize daily/weekly: budgets, placements, audiences, bids, creatives
Improve CPA/ROAS by testing offers, landing pages, and funnel steps
Scale winning campaigns while managing frequency, fatigue, and quality
Reporting & Insights
Create performance reports (weekly/monthly): spend, CPL/CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPM
Share insights and next steps: what worked, what didn’t, what to test next
Communicate clearly with clients/internal stakeholders
Conversion Rate & Funnel Support
Recommend landing page improvements (speed, messaging, form friction)
Set up retargeting flows, lead quality checks, and lead management feedback loops
Collaborate with sales teams on lead quality + closure insights
KPIs (Typical)
CPL/CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, CTR, CPM, CAC
Lead quality (SQL rate), pipeline/revenue influenced (where applicable)
Scaling efficiency + consistency (stable performance month-on-month)
Skills & Tools
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager
Pixel/CAPI, UTM strategy, Looker Studio/Sheets for reporting
Strong testing mindset, numbers-first decision making, clean execution
Reporting To
You will report to Business Head of the respective Vertical
Reporting Office
You will be based at our EBG Group Office at Hitec City area, Hyderabad, Working days Monday to Saturday. Timings 10 am to 7pm.
Salary Package
Your Salary package range will be 7 LPA to 9 LPA
