Job Description

1. Corporate Strategy & Long-Term Planning

- Define and articulate the company's long-term strategic roadmap across core and emerging business lines.

- Evaluate new opportunities for growth, diversification, market expansion, and business partnerships.

- Lead annual strategic planning, scenario modeling, and competitive assessments.

2. Business Performance & Market Intelligence

- Establish a robust strategic intelligence function to monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics.

- Assess product, business unit, and market performance to identify opportunities for unlocking value.

- Build data-driven frameworks to influence decision-making at the executive level.

3. Strategic Initiatives & Transformation

- Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic programs including digital transformation, operating model redesign, customer experience optimization, and cost/productivity programs.

- Partner with product, tech, marketing, finance, and operations leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are implemented successfully and deliver measurable outcomes.

4. Executive Stakeholder Management

- Act as a strategic advisor to the Top leadership team.

- Communicate strategic insights, business cases, and recommendations to the Board and senior stakeholders.

- Foster a strategic mindset across the organization through thought leadership and capability building.

The Successful Applicant

- 15+ years of total experience, with at least 10+ years in top-tier consulting firms - Proven track record leading strategy and commercial engagements for large-scale consumer internet, technology, telecom, or digital businesses in the Indian market. - Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership teams, Boards, or CXOs. - Expertise in corporate strategy, business transformation, market entry strategy, and large-scale program management. - Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills. - Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
