We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle EPM Lead to drive enterprise finance transformation initiatives through Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

Role Overview

Seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM professional with 10+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in EPBCS, FCCS, and PCMCS, along with a proven record of delivering minimum 2 end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead EPM solution architecture and design decisions

✔ Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into solutions

✔ Deliver full-cycle implementations across Planning, Consolidation & Profitability

✔ Drive SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post go-live stabilization

✔ Manage integrations, data management, and reconciliation processes

✔ Lead functional teams and coordinate onsite–offshore delivery

Mandatory Skills

✅ Hands-on expertise in EPBCS, FCCS & PCMCS

✅ Minimum 2 End-to-End Oracle EPM Cloud Implementations

✅ Metadata management, ASO/BSO cubes, Calc Manager & Business Rules

✅ Consolidation logic, FX translation & allocation models

✅ Strong FP&A and Finance process understanding

Oracle EPM Cloud Certification preferred.
