Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Developer Job Location: Remote within India Job Type: Contract Contract Duration: 6 to 9 months, possibility of extension depending on the project needs Working Model: Remote Total Experience Range: 5 to 8+ years Relevant Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud features including Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs Support deployments, bug fixes, and provide production support Collaborate with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Essential Skills: 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs Solid experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization Knowledge of Salesforce security model and governor limits Experience with CI/CD processes, deployments, and version control tools

Optional Skills: Salesforce Developer or Service Cloud certifications Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Exposure to large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
