Perform premigration assessments and generate inventory reports 2. Use tools such as ShareGate SPMT and PowerShell for migration tasks 3. Rebuild or modernize legacy workflows using Power Automate 4. Develop and customize SharePoint components using 5. SPFx Web Parts and Extensions 6. Power Apps 7. CSOMJSOM 8. REST APIs 9. Azure Functions Web APIs 10. Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define migration strategy and timelines 11. Ensure metadata integrity permissions mapping and content fidelity during migration 12. Conduct postmigration validation and support UAT activities 13. Provide documentation and training to end users and administrators 14. Required Skills Qualifications 15. Strong experience with SharePoint 2019 SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online 16. Proficiency in migration tools ShareGate SPMT and PowerShell scripting 17. Expertise in SPFx Power Automate Power Apps CSOM and Azure services 18. Solid understanding of JavaScriptTypeScript React HTMLCSS and REST APIs 19. Experience with SharePoint branding customization and integration 20. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills 21. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
