Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sustainability Analyst to support our ESG data monitoring and reporting efforts within the agri-business sector. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in sustainability data management and a keen interest in applying data-driven insights to improve environmental performance across agricultural operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and analyze sustainability data across agri-business units (e.g., animal feed, dairy, palm oil milling, agro-chemicals).
Support ESG disclosures including CDP (Climate, Water, Forest), Ecovadis, and BRSR reporting.
Track and report performance against sustainability KPIs such as energy use, water consumption, waste generation, and GHG emissions.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
Assist in digitizing sustainability data systems and maintaining dashboards for real-time monitoring.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainability policies and supply chain engagement strategies.
Stay informed on relevant ESG frameworks and regulatory developments impacting the agri-business sector.
Key Skills:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Interest in sustainable agriculture and value chain decarbonization.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, OR Engineering background (preferable Chemical or Mechanical)
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sustainability data monitoring, ESG reporting, or environmental performance tracking preferably.
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and tools (e.g., GHG Protocol, CDP, Ecovadis).

GRI Standards Certification
ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 Awareness
TCFD / GHG Protocol Training
