This is a structured role where youโll be set up to succeed from day one with proven scripts, predictive dialers, and a clear 30/60/90 day success path.

Role Overview
Youโll focus on outbound discovery and sales calls
to homeowners, setting up
listing appointments
for our partner agents, and contributing directly to new listings won.
Using predictive dialers, proven scripts, and structured follow-up (calls, voicemail drops, SMS), youโll ensure consistent activity, quality conversations, and booked appointments that convert.
What Youโll Do
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowner/lead lists.
Use scripts to qualify leads: interest, timing, property details, decision makers.
Book calendar-blocked
listing appointments
with local agent partners.
Follow up consistently via callbacks, voicemail drops, and SMS.
Keep CRM (HubSpot/others) updated in real-time: calls, notes, objections, dispositions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth appointment handoffs.
Stay compliant with DNC/TCPA rules; represent the brand clearly and respectfully.
Key Metrics (KPI Expectations)
Appointments set : Target of 10+ completed listing appointments/month.
Conversion rate : 8โ12% of live connects into meetings.
Show rate : โฅ60% of scheduled meetings attended.
CRM hygiene : All calls dispositioned same day; accurate data entry.
Call quality : โฅ85% score on weekly call audits.
What Success Looks Like (30/60/90 Days)
30 Days : Following the structured process, 10 completed meetings.
60 Days : Confident in most conversations, 20 completed meetings.
90 Days : Consistent 20+ completed meetings/month and strong handling of recurring objections.
What Weโre Looking For
Experience : 1-3 years in U.S. cold calling / inside sales (real estate, home services, insurance, or similar).
Mandatory :
At least 1 year of experience with U.S. customers and 1 year of high-volume cold calling.
Communication : Neutral, clear, and professional English accent suitable for U.S. market calling. Must be easily understood by U.S. homeowners.
Skills : Strong objection handling, persuasive communication, and consultative sales style.
Tech comfort : CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), predictive dialers, SMS/email follow-ups.
Mindset : Resilient, motivated, and consistent in daily activity; thrives in a structured, metric-driven role.
