Job Summary We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in

Tally ERP

to handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries. The role focuses on transaction processing, reconciliations, and accounting support, while key calculations and compliance ownership remain with management.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping/ Accounting Record revenue, purchases, reimbursement, expenses, payroll transactions in Tally ERP. Recording payment and receipt entries in books of accounts. Prepare and reconcile the data relevant for

GSTR 1, RCM and TDS/TCS reporting Preparation of

Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement Maintain proper documentation and accounting records. Reconciliation of

Form 26AS

with the TDS receivable and revenue in books. Provide accounting data for

MIS, Trial Balance, Financial Statements,

and

GSTR/TDS

Filings Preparation of

monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss schedules.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: B.Com / M.Com (Commerce background preferred) CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates preferred

Experience: 2–3 years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally ERP

Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting entries and bookkeeping Working knowledge of

GST, TDS, RCM , and foreign exchange transactions Experience in

BRS and ledger reconciliations Proficiency in

MS Excel Attention to detail and good documentation practices

Preference: Candidates based in Gurugram or nearby locations are preferred Candidates open to relocating to Gurugram may also apply Immediate joiners or Candidate who can join in maximum 15 days.
