Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Abroad Education Counselor specializing in European countries to join our team in Vasai West. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of European universities, admission processes, visa procedures, and student counseling. The role involves guiding students through the complete study abroad journey from course selection to visa approval.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in European countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, etc.). - Provide detailed guidance on course selection, university shortlisting, eligibility criteria, and admission requirements. - Assist students with application procedures, documentation, SOPs, LORs, CV preparation, and scholarship guidance. - Guide students through visa processes and financial documentation requirements. - Maintain updated knowledge of European education systems, visa rules, and immigration policies. - Coordinate with universities and international partners. - Track and manage student records, applications, and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling (Europe specialization mandatory). - Strong knowledge of European admission and visa processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience handling student visas for Schengen countries. - Good network with European universities or admission partners. - Result-oriented and student-focused approach.
