Key Responsibilities
Editing & Post-Production
- Edit brand films, digital ads, social media videos, and promotional content in line with creative briefs and brand guidelines.Structure compelling narratives through visuals, music, and rhythm while maintaining a cohesive tone.
- Integrate music, voiceovers, and sound design to enhance emotional and storytelling impact.
- Ensure all video outputs meet technical standards and platform specifications (Instagram, YouTube, OTT, etc.).
Motion Graphics & Design
- Design and animate motion graphics, text treatments, transitions, and infographics using Adobe After Effects.Develop logo animations, intros, lower-thirds, and motion-driven visual identities for brand campaigns.Incorporate 2D and limited 3D animations where required to enhance storytelling and engagement.Maintain consistency in color, style, and design language across deliverables.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with creative directors, producers, and art teams to bring concepts and storyboards to life.Interpret creative briefs and apply visual storytelling principles effectively.
- Implement feedback promptly while maintaining quality and creative integrity.
- Manage project timelines, organize assets, and maintain a structured file management system.
Creative Contribution
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for video and motion design projects.
- Research visual trends, motion techniques, and new tools to keep the content innovative and engaging.
- Support the creative team in developing new visual approaches for branded content and digital storytelling.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 1–4 years of experience as a Video Editor / Motion Graphics Artist, ideally in an agency, production house, or digital content environment.
- Technical Expertise:Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition.Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve for basic color correction is a plus.Strong understanding of video structure, timing, sound, typography, and visual rhythm.Ability to create content for digital, social, and campaign-based platforms.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or digital-first branded content.Strong creative eye for composition, transitions, and motion language.Experience in optimizing videos for different aspect ratios and resolutions.
A portfolio or showreel showcasing strong editing craft and motion design capabilities.
