Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in a software development environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end custom development projects, handling client communication, and ensuring timely delivery. This is a fully remote role requiring strong ownership, communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of project lifecycle from initiation to delivery Manage and deliver custom software development projects Act as the primary point of contact for clients (internal and external) Gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with stakeholders Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards Handle client communication, updates, and issue resolution Manage risks, dependencies, and changes effectively

Required Skills Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to communicate clearly in common business language Good understanding of software development processes Strong project ownership and accountability Team management and coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / Software Development Candidates

must have prior PM experience in development/IT companies Candidates without relevant PM experience in IT/software development

Preferred Qualifications Certification or courses in Project Management (Agile, Scrum, PMP, etc.) Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
