Our finance team plays a critical role in managing payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, compliance, receivables, payables, and forecasting for a high-volume, global-facing business. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real finance operations in a structured, process-driven environment.

Role Overview : We are looking for a Finance Intern to support bookkeeping and daily finance operations. This is an execution-focused role with direct exposure to live transactions and financial systems. High-performing interns will receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time, permanently remote finance role after completing the 3-month internship.

Key Responsibilities : Record and categorize financial transactions Perform bank and payment reconciliations Assist with invoice verification and processing Support Accounts Receivable tracking Support Accounts Payable processing Maintain organized financial records Assist in MIS preparation and reporting Support month-end closing activities

Learning & Growth Opportunity : During the internship, you will gain practical exposure to: Bookkeeping systems and controls AR & AP workflows Cash flow tracking Financial reporting discipline Basic financial analysis Forecasting support Post-conversion, you will work as part of Wisemonk’s full finance team handling receivables, payables, analysis, and forecasting in a fully remote setup.

Eligibility Criteria : B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) – Freshers eligible Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets High attention to detail Structured and process-oriented mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment Available to start immediately Exposure to accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
