To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q3 2025.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable

AI/ML models

and APIs using

Python

and

FastAPI . Implement and fine-tune

Generative AI

and

LLM-based

applications (e.g., text generation, summarization, chatbots). Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions. Optimize ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Integrate AI models with front-end or back-end systems through RESTful APIs. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Stay current with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and model architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong proficiency in

Python

and

FastAPI . Solid understanding of

machine learning algorithms ,

deep learning , and

NLP

techniques. Experience with

Generative AI models

(OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.). Knowledge of

LLM fine-tuning ,

prompt engineering , and

vector databases

(e.g., FAISS, Pinecone). Hands-on experience with

TensorFlow ,

PyTorch , or

scikit-learn . Familiarity with

API development ,

Docker , and

cloud deployment

(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have: Experience with

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

architectures. Knowledge of

MLOps

tools and

CI/CD

for ML model deployment. Exposure to

LangChain ,

LlamaIndex , or

OpenAI API integrations .
