The Mission: Reporting to the CEO, you will define a technology roadmap aligned with aggressive business goals, architect digital modernisation, and enhance scalability through cutting-edge innovation.

What We’re Looking For: Seasoned Expertise: A professional who has managed the entire product life cycle from the ground up (infrastructure, cyber threats, legal/audit compliance).

Domain Knowledge: Experience with Secured Lending, Property Funds, Commercial Real Estate/Construction Funds, or Structured Finance.

Experience: 15–20+ years in IT leadership within Banking, Lending, or Financial Services.

Seniority: Minimum 5+ years overseeing IT strategy and digital platforms at a management level. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, CS, or MCA. Technical Edge: Proficiency in Lending platforms, CRM, HRMS, and modern methodologies (Agile/DevOps). Expertise in Oracle, MS SQL, HTML5, and cloud-native architectures. Compensation: ₹1 CR+ plus Variable Pay.
