card operations and banking processes

to support maintenance activities, ensure service excellence, and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities Verify incoming requests to ensure completeness and accuracy. Perform daily maintenance activities in line with established policies and procedures. Ensure all activities are completed within defined turnaround times (TAT). Meet and maintain unit service standards and performance indicators. Assist in maintenance-related projects and assignments. Work on card system

PRIME

and core banking system

FLEXCUBE . Coordinate with stakeholders including Branches, Operations, Business, CCRD, and DBC for maintenance-related issues. Escalate issues promptly to Team Leaders and ensure timely resolution with support units. Provide value-added support and recommend process improvements. Support DBC/Branches to enhance overall customer experience. Deliver superior service to meet and exceed card member expectations. Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration. post card issuance activities

with high processing accuracy ✔ 1–3 years of cards domain / multi-discipline banking experience ✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) ✔ Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills ✔ Proficiency in
