Senior Operations & Finance Manager

Role Overview

Artitude Home is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Operations & Business Finance manager to bring structure, visibility, and financial discipline across the business. This role is critical in building scalable processes, aligning budgets with execution, and ensuring the company’s P&L, cash flow, and operational decisions are tightly integrated.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with hands-on finance and accounting expertise, and is comfortable working in a fast-growing, design-led luxury brand environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations & Process Design

- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes across sales, production, inventory, logistics, retail, and e-commerce. - Establish SOPs, workflows, and internal controls to support scalability and consistency. - Act as the central operational hub, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability.

Financial Management & P&L Ownership

- Own and manage company budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning. - Maintain clear visibility and control over the P&L, ensuring alignment with business strategy and growth targets. - Track margins by product, channel, and market; highlight risks and opportunities proactively. - Partner closely with leadership to support pricing strategies, cost optimisation, and investment decisions.

Accounting & Controls

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly close. - Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. - Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors. - Implement financial controls, compliance standards, and audit-ready processes.

Reporting & Business Visibility

- Create and maintain dashboards and management reports that provide real-time visibility into sales performance, costs, inventory, and profitability. - Translate data into actionable insights for leadership. - Establish KPIs and performance tracking across teams.

Strategic Support

- Act as a thought partner to the Founder and leadership team on strategic planning and business expansion. - Support new market launches, retail partnerships, and channel expansion with operational and financial rigor. - Balance creativity with commercial discipline in decision-making.

Key Requirements

- 7–12+ years of experience in operations, finance, or business management, preferably in consumer goods, luxury, design-led, or retail brands. - Strong accounting and financial acumen with hands-on experience managing budgets and P&Ls. - Proven ability to set up processes from scratch and bring structure to growing businesses. - Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially driven. - Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - Proficiency in accounting systems, ERPs, and reporting tools (experience with multi-channel businesses is a plus). - Preferably a female would be ideal
