HCM Intern

(6 months Internship (PPO Based)

About the role:

This role involves supporting talent acquisition and HR processes, implementing and maintaining Oracle HCM solutions, collaborating on Oracle ERP projects, managing project documentation, and preparing status reports for stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist in the Talent acquisition, HR management processes. - Implementation & support of Oracle HCM solutions to meet business needs, adhering to industry best practices. - Collaborate with development teams and consultants on Oracle ERP projects. - Maintain project documentation such as solution designs and configuration guides. - Support the preparation and delivery of status reports for stakeholders.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Good understanding of Hire to Retire cycle. • 0 to 3 years’ Experience in HCM, Payroll, attendance, recruitment. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. • Interest in learning business process optimization and Oracle ERP. • Ability to work flexible hours for global collaboration. • Certifications in HCM or ERP modules (desirable but not mandatory). • Preferred MBA-HR with excellent communication skills
