Program Manager

to lead a high-impact

Operations Transformation Initiative

focused on cost optimization, process re-engineering, and operating model enhancement across the organization. This role will drive cross-functional programs involving Finance, HR, Operations, and Technology — managing sensitive financial and employee data while delivering measurable business value. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end transformation programs (strategy to benefits realization) Conduct Opex/Capex assessments, spend analysis & ROI-driven business cases Redesign processes and optimize operating models Establish governance frameworks & steering committees Drive stakeholder alignment and change management Track KPIs, cost savings, and executive reporting What We’re Looking For 12+ years in Program Management / Transformation / Consulting Strong experience in cost optimization & process redesign Exposure to sensitive financial/employee data governance Consulting background (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC preferred) Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience is a plus If you’re a structured problem solver who thrives in cross-functional transformation and executive-facing roles, we’d love to connect.
