M P Doshi & Associates is a fast-growing, quality-driven Chartered Accountancy firm and we are now looking for a high-potential Chartered Accountant to take on a leadership role as Head of Practice.

This is not a routine CA job.

The Role: What You Will Own

As Head of Practice, you will be responsible for:

Leadership & Team Management

- Plan, delegate, and supervise work across the team - Build execution discipline, timelines, and quality benchmarks - Act as the operational backbone of the firm

Technical Excellence & Strategy

- Lead tax research in Direct & Indirect Taxes - Provide strategic inputs in complex matters, structuring, and advisory - Be the go-to person for high-level technical discussions

Audit, Compliance & Finalisation

- Supervise and finalise statutory audits - Ensure high-quality compliance delivery in Income Tax, GST, and allied laws - Maintain strong review and quality control standards
