Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in campaign strategy, performance optimization, and data analysis, with a strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns across multiple objectives (Leads, Traffic, Conversions, Awareness) - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates - Perform audience research, A/B testing, creative testing, and budget optimization - Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports - Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing page alignment - Track and optimize funnels for lead generation and remarketing campaigns - Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, trends, and best practice

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of proven experience in Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager) - Strong understanding of campaign optimization and performance analysis - Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns - Basic working knowledge of MS Excel (reports, data tracking, analysis) - Ability to analyze data and take actionable insights - Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the Education / Coaching / EdTech industry - Familiarity with CRM integration, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs - Experience handling high-budget or high-volume campaigns
