Role: Product and Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Source and onboard vendors for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging. Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, MOQs, lead times, tooling). Manage sampling, prototyping, fitment checks, and production readiness. Drive cost optimization through benchmarking and structured analysis. Ensure packaging quality, compliance, and testing standards are met. Track timelines, manage POs, and ensure on-time launch execution. Build and maintain a strong, reliable vendor ecosystem with backups.

Qualifications: Engineering Background preferred 1-2 years of experience in Ops related role A passion for delighting consumers, building brands, creating beautiful products and working with people. Creative and analytical bent of mind Start up enthusiast
