Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage

contracts, agreements, and work orders

for clients and subcontractors. Interpret

contract clauses, BOQ, specifications, and drawings

to ensure contractual compliance. Handle

variations, claims, and change orders

in coordination with Planning and Billing teams. Support

subcontractor onboarding, scope finalization, and rate negotiations . Monitor

contractual risks, delays, and potential disputes

and prepare mitigation reports. Coordinate with site, billing, and finance teams for

timely certifications and payments . Maintain

contract documentation, correspondence, and MIS reports . Assist in

final account settlement and project close-out documentation .

Desired Candidate Profile

5–15 years of experience as a

Contract Engineer / QS / Contracts Executive

in

EPC Building Projects . Strong knowledge of

contract management, tendering, BOQ, and billing coordination . Experience in

commercial or hospital construction projects

preferred. Good understanding of

Indian contract practices and EPC project workflows . Proficient in

MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and ERP/Contract Management Systems .
