UI/UX Lead

Role Description As Senior UI/UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design experience for our SaaS platform, ensuring that it is intuitive, accessible, and tailored for B2B users in complex supply chain workflows. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and QA Leads to design and deliver AI-driven, multi-tenant SaaS experiences that scale. You will also establish and maintain the design system and golden paths, embedding AI-assisted design workflows into the team’s practices to accelerate iteration cycles without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities · Lead UI/UX strategy and execution for a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform. · Produce interactive prototypes and wireframes for rapid iteration with product and engineering teams. · Collaborate with product managers and engineers to incorporate AI-driven features into the user experience. · Define and maintain a design system that enforces consistency, scalability, and governance. · Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and responsiveness standards across devices. · Drive usability testing, customer feedback sessions, and incorporate learnings into product design. · Introduce and operationalize AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate prototyping and documentation. · Mentor junior designers and establish best practices for UI/UX in enterprise SaaS environments.

Requirements · 8+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 3+ years in a lead role. · Proven experience designing enterprise or B2B SaaS platforms. · Strong portfolio showcasing multi-tenant SaaS design patterns. · Hands-on experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (or equivalent). · Expertise in prototyping, usability testing, and responsive design. · Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (e.g., AI prototyping, automated accessibility testing). · Strong oral and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications · Experience with supply chain, logistics, or financial B2B platforms. · Knowledge of compliance-driven UX (SOC 2, GDPR). · Familiarity with design-to-code workflows for handoff into engineering. · Exposure to AI/ML product features and their impact on UX.
