ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with the below activities –

- Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement strategic initiatives that support TSAT Assam's overall mission, vision, and goals for Ecosystem development in the region.

- Academic Partnerships:

Work with the regional academia to build & curate local talent as forecasted for TSAT’s future growth.

- Talent Pipeline:

Work with Manufacturing & Operations COE to identify skills gap and strategize on mitigating them.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are well-integrated and supported across the organization.

- Project Management:

Oversee the execution of initiatives, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and deliver desired outcomes.

- Performance Monitoring:

Establish metrics and track the progress and success of strategic initiatives, reporting on their impact to leadership.

- Risk Management:

Identify and mitigate potential risks that could hinder the successful execution of strategic plans.

QUALIFICATION:

- Graduate + relevant work experience - Should have good knowledge on North East Regional skills and talent development strategy

DESIRED LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience.
