We are building a retention-led gaming ecosystem and are looking for a Social Media Manager who owns platform execution across Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube Shorts, and other gaming-relevant channels. This is not a meme-posting role. This role ensures: Content reaches correctly Platforms are optimised Distribution works Performance signals are captured You sit between content strategy and creative execution.

What You’ll Own Daily platform publishing & optimisation Caption & hook optimisation Hashtag & distribution strategy Short-form repurposing Platform analytics tracking Trend monitoring & fast adaptation Coordination with Creative & Organic Lead You are responsible for making sure content performs on-platform.

What You’ll Be Measured On Engagement quality (not vanity reach) CTR to app from social Follower growth consistency Short-form watch time Content velocity

Ideal Profile 3–6+ years managing social platforms for apps or gaming brands Strong understanding of Instagram, X, Shorts, and platform algorithms Experience working with short-form content Data-aware mindset Comfortable working in high-velocity environments You understand that: Social is a distribution engine, not a content archive.
