Role Overview The Data Platform Team is seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Snowflake/Databricks, Python, and SQL, who understands modern data architecture concepts like Data Mesh and can help build scalable, reusable data products and Data Integration pipelines. Our platform, is built primarily on Snowflake, integrates data from multiple systems and platforms to enable insightful reporting, analytics and AI. As we continue to evolve, we are looking to build a strong development team to enhance and optimize our Data Platform, working closely with data analysts, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure data is collected, processed, and stored efficiently, enabling data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design and Develop Snowflake Solutions : Architect, implement, and optimize a Snowflake-based data products, ensuring scalability and performance. Build Robust Data Models : Develop efficient, well-structured data models aligned with best practices for data warehousing and analytics. Optimize Performance : Continuously tune queries, storage, and compute resources to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Automate Data Pipelines : Create and maintain automated ETL/ELT workflows for seamless data integration across multiple systems with databases, API and streaming. Ensure Best Practices : Apply strong SQL expertise, enforce data governance, and maintain high standards for security and compliance. Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with technical teams and client-facing stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business and market needs. Align with Technology Strategy : Ensure all solutions are designed in line with the company’s overall technology roadmap and delivered on time and within budget. Support Continuous Improvement : Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and improving processes, documentation, and standards. Required Qualifications 3–5 years of experience

in data engineering or data warehouse development, with a focus on Snowflake. Advanced SQL skills

and deep understanding of data warehousing concepts. Proficiency in Python

for data processing and automation. Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating data from multiple sources. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of streaming data ingestion and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with modern data architecture principles (e.g., Data Mesh, domain-driven design). Strong knowledge of performance tuning and cost optimization in Snowflake. Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively with technical teams and client-facing stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services is a plus.
