Role Overview

We are seeking a

detail-oriented Accounting & Systems Specialist

with strong expertise in bookkeeping, financial reconciliations, and accounting systems. The role requires experience managing

multiple financial platforms and supporting system migrations (QuickBooks to NetSuite)

in high-volume environments.

A US-based investment firm supporting businesses with large hourly workforces and complex financial operations. The organization leverages modern platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, UKG, and ADP to streamline accounting processes, financial reporting, and system transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate financial records • Perform reconciliations of financial statements, accounts, and transactions • Handle day-to-day accounting operations using

QuickBooks • Support

accounting system transitions or migrations (QuickBooks → NetSuite) • Maintain financial data, reporting, and reconciliation processes • Work with systems such as

NetSuite, UKG, and ADP

to support accounting workflows • Assist with financial processes related to

hourly workforce operations and allocations

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in

bookkeeping and accounting operations • Hands-on expertise with

QuickBooks • Familiarity with

NetSuite , particularly in migration or implementation environments • Experience with

UKG and/or ADP systems • Strong

financial reconciliation and reporting skills • Ability to manage accounting data and support

system transitions
