job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients Manage candidate documentation, compliance, and onboarding processes Maintain and update ATS and recruitment trackers Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and KPIs Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in
