Financial Modelling - Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities Prepare recurring portfolio valuation engagements for Private Equity and Private Credit funds, with full accountability for both analytical and qualitative deliverables Develop and enhance valuation models (DCF, Market Comparable, LBO, Credit Models) and determine fair value in compliance with IFRS 13/ASC 820 standards Prepare high-quality investment memo supported by robust narratives, detailed methodology documentation, and clear justification of assumptions and valuation approaches Analyze portfolio company financials, industry trends, key value drivers, and business developments to assess valuation implications Perform sensitivity analyses, scenario modeling, recovery modeling, and risk-factor assessments, articulating findings clearly in reports Assist in delivering client-ready valuation reports, investment insights, and presentations for senior stakeholders Key Competencies At least 2 years of strong expertise in valuation methodologies: DCF, Market Approach, LBO and Credit Valuations, Fund Accounting, Fund Reporting, Fund Valuation etc. Ability to interpret private market deal structures: equity waterfalls, covenants, preferred instruments, capital stock mechanics. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. Progress toward CFA or accounting qualification is an advantage. Strong communication skills and experience in client relationship management Familiarity with report writing, and ability to articulate strong storytelling – converting analysis into client-ready narratives. High ownership of end-to-end delivery with strict quality controls. Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight turnaround and ambiguity Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data platforms (e.g., Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Bloomberg, etc.)
