Head of Quality Assurance

Our flagship product, Qualitia Boson, is the world’s first AI-native, self-healing test automation platform. It is purpose built to accelerate and secure Salesforce deployments, now available on Salesforce AppExchange for global enterprise customers.

Why This Role Matters?

We are looking for a Senior QA leader to own and drive an AI-first quality strategy across the SDLC. This role is accountable for achieving strict test cycle time SLAs, zero defect leakage, and non-bypassable quality & security gates.

You will act as an independent quality authority, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Security to ensure every release meets the highest standards of quality, speed, and compliance.

What You Will Own

AI-First QA Strategy

- Define and execute an AI-driven QA strategy to meet all quality goals without increasing headcount. - Use AI to auto-generate tests, prioritize intelligently, and eliminate redundancy. - Continuously optimize QA cost, effort, and cycle time.

Test Cycle Time SLAs

- Own delivery of hard SLAs - API ≤ 30 mins | Sanity ≤ 1 hr | Regression & Upgrade ≤ 1 business day - Assess gaps across automation, tooling, CI/CD, and skills; define a time-bound roadmap. - Track and report SLA readiness until targets are consistently achieved.

CI/CD Quality & Security Gatekeeping

- Establish API testing as a mandatory quality gate; failures block the pipeline. - Embed non-bypassable quality and security gates across CI/CD. - Enforce automated functional, regression, performance, security, and AI guardrail checks.

Security & AI Governance

- Own QA-led security validation (SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC, OWASP). - Enforce AI security, governance, and Responsible AI compliance. - No release without 100% security and AI guardrail adherence.

Production Quality & Visibility

- Implement continuous production monitoring for defects, performance, and security risks. - Feed production insights back into test coverage and regression prioritization.

What You Bring

- 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, and QA leadership. - Must have experience with Saas, enterprise and product companies. - Proven track record as a QA product leader owning quality outcomes end-to-end. - Deep expertise in automation-first QA for APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. - Hands-on experience driving AI-driven or intelligence-led QA initiatives. - Strong command of CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, and DevSecOps practices. - Experience delivering strict SLAs without increasing team size. - Product mindset with strong understanding of customer impact and production risk. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and stand firm under delivery pressure. - Data-driven leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
