Sobtis Group is hiring a hands-on HR Manager to manage and stabilise HR operations across its group businesses. This is a group-level execution role with direct exposure to promoters and clear growth potential as the organisation expands.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for teaching, non-teaching, hospitality, and support staff
- Implementation and upkeep of HR policies, SOPs, attendance, and leave systems
- Managing appraisal cycles, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance
- Employee onboarding, exits, documentation, and discipline processes
- Supporting employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Acting as the primary HR point of contact for unit heads and management
Who Should Apply
- 6–10 years of hands-on HR experience (generalist profile preferred)
- MBA / PG in HR or equivalent qualification
- Experience in education, hospitality, real estate, or multi-unit organisations preferred
- Comfortable working closely with promoters in a practical, execution-driven environment
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Bareilly
Compensation
CTC: ₹6–8 LPA (depending on experience and role fit)
