What You Will Master & Deliver:

This role is a versatile blend of branding, social media marketing, motion graphics and product design. As a product marketing and graphics design intern your work majorly spans:

Brand Design & Strategy : Systematically expand and organize Xcentro’s visual brand assets (with focus on typography, layout, colours and overall messaging), ensuring scalability and consistency across all channels. Social Media Marketing : Own our social media presence and design engaging, on-brand visual and motion graphics for all social media channels (across posts, reels, explainer videos etc), including creative copy-writing. Web & Product Design : Create polished illustrations, banners, infographics, and other visual collateral including UIUX design for Xcentro’s website and product.

Toolset : Fluency in using industry-standard tools to rapidly create and iterate - Canva (for speed & collaboration), Figma (for asset creation & mockups), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro (for when things get real)

Mindset : Complete ownership & logical thinking to translate business needs into design strategy, informed by user psychology. Must thrive in fast-paced startup environments, be on top of trends, and rapidly iterate based on feedback.
