Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for an On Premise Specialist at Geist Brewing Co. The specialist will be responsible for managing and fostering relationships with on-premise clients such as bars, hotels, and restaurants to ensure Geist beer is well-represented and readily available. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, conducting staff training sessions on the Geist product offerings, ensuring product placements, and organizing promotional events to drive brand awareness and sales growth in the Kolkata market. The role also involves monitoring inventory, collecting feedback, supporting quality control efforts, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience for clients and their customers.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills to build and maintain trust with on-premise clients. - Experience in event organization and promotional activities to bolster brand presence and engagement. - Ability to monitor and manage inventory efficiently while ensuring quality standards are upheld. - Passion for craft beer and interest in customer education about the brand and its offerings. - Proficiency in time management, with the ability to work independently in an on-site environment. - Previous experience in hospitality, FMCG sales, or a related field is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
