The Role
We are hiring our first in-house Outbound SDR/BDR. This is not a strategy role - it is a pure execution role. Your job is to generate pipeline. Every day.
We already have LinkedIn outbound running and are seeing strong reply rates. What we are missing is someone who can consistently nurture those replies, qualify leads, and book meetings for our Sales Lead. That is your job.
You will work closely with the founder and sales lead in IST-friendly hours. You will be given tools, access, and clear KPIs. The rest is on you.
What You'll Do
LinkedIn Outbound (Primary Channel)
Own and manage active LinkedIn conversations daily - replies, follow-ups, nurturing
Convert interested replies into booked discovery calls for the Sales Lead
Maintain a structured conversation tracker - who replied, where they are in the funnel, next action
Personalize follow-up messages based on prospect context - no copy-paste spam
Identify warmest leads and escalate for immediate action
Cold Email Outbound (Secondary Channel)
Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
Write and test cold email sequences - subject lines, body copy, CTAs
Manage sequences in outreach tools (Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or equivalent)
Track open rates, reply rates, and meeting booking rates weekly
Pipeline Management
Log all leads and activity in HubSpot or the designated CRM - no exceptions
Maintain weekly pipeline dashboard: contacts reached, replies, meetings booked, no-shows
Flag high-potential accounts early - don't let warm leads go cold
Provide weekly summary to the Sales Lead: what worked, what didn't, what needs attention
What We're Looking For
Must Have
2–4 years of B2B outbound sales or BDR experience - cold email and/or LinkedIn
Fluent English - written and spoken. Your messages will go to US/Europe prospects
Proven ability to manage high volume conversations without dropping the ball
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
Basic CRM hygiene - you update the CRM as a habit, not as an afterthought
Self-starter who does not need to be told what to do every day
Nice to Have
Experience with cold email tools: Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar
Experience selling B2B services (agencies, SaaS, consulting) - not just products
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing terminology
Have worked in a startup or early-stage company - you're comfortable with ambiguity
Used AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to write better messages faster
