Job Description

- Job Title: Yardi Systems Support Specialist - Location: Baner, Pune - Shift: India Night Shift - Salary: Best as per market standards

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Systems Support Specialist with strong expertise in Yardi Voyager (Affordable Housing modules). The ideal candidate will support system users, troubleshoot issues, provide training, and help ensure the Yardi platform operates efficiently and remains compliant with affordable housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Yardi Voyager support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Manage user access, security roles, and system permissions. - Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance. - Provide training and ongoing support to users on Yardi functionality and best practices. - Assist with system configuration, upgrades, testing, and implementation of Yardi modules. - Maintain and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve system efficiency and support business operations. - Support system setup and updates related to property onboarding, transitions, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of Yardi Voyager Affordable experience (end-user support or training). - Minimum 3+ years of experience in the housing industry, preferably affordable housing. - Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, etc. - Experience providing system support, troubleshooting, and user training. - Mid-level accounting knowledge preferred. - Certifications such as COS, BOS, TCS, STAR, COSA, C3P are highly desirable. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
