Job Summary The Manager – Group Accounts, Finance & Business Intelligence will manage and coordinate accounting, finance reporting, and business intelligence functions across the Saboo RKS Group. This role ensures that entity-level accounts are prepared accurately, consistently, and in alignment with Group reporting structures, maintaining strong internal controls, disciplined reporting systems, and clarity in performance metrics.

The Manager will work under the guidance of the Head – Group Accounts, Finance & Business Intelligence, coordinate with entity-level accountants, support business heads, and ensure that financial reporting and BI outputs are structured, timely, and reliable across the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities A. Group-Level Financial Coordination & Oversight Manage accounting, finance reporting, and business intelligence processes across assigned Group entities. Ensure entity-level financial information is accurate, standardised, and reported on time. Maintain discipline and synchrony in reporting across companies.

B. Accounting Accuracy, Finalisation of Accounts & Controls Prepare and review entity-level financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual). Ensure consistent ledger practices, reconciliations, provisions, and adjustments across entities. Support annual finalisation of accounts and coordinate statutory audit requirements. Ensure adherence to internal controls and proper documentation standards. Resolve accounting discrepancies and implement best practices.

C. MIS, Reporting & Leadership Reviews Build and maintain unified monthly MIS structures across assigned entities. Prepare management reports highlighting financial performance and key movements. Support leadership reviews with structured reporting packs and summaries.

D. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Support budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts across Group companies. Track budget vs actual performance and prepare variance analysis. Assist in financial modelling and scenario planning as required.

E. Cross-Entity Coordination & Team Management Coordinate with accounting teams across entities to ensure consistent reporting standards. Step in to resolve reporting delays, data gaps, or process inefficiencies. Support training and process alignment across finance teams.

F. Systems, Automation & Process Improvements Assist in implementing and enhancing finance systems, BI tools, and accounting software. Standardise workflows, templates, and reporting formats across entities. Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Qualifications & Requirements Educational Background CA Inter preferred (CA qualification is an advantage) / MBA Finance

Work Experience 4–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, MIS, or business analytics Experience working in multi-entity or diversified business environments Experience managing reporting processes and coordinating teams

Technical Skills Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting Ability to analyse KPIs, operational data, and financial drivers High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS/BI tools Strong command over budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modelling
