to design, implement, and manage the security systems that protect our sensitive data across all environments (on-premise, cloud, and hybrid). This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in

encryption, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data masking, and key management . Exp: - 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities ● Design and Implementation: Design, deploy, and maintain data protection solutions, including DLP, encryption technologies (at rest and in transit), and data masking/tokenization. ● Policy Management: Develop, refine, and enforce data protection policies, standards, and procedures in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. ● System Administration: Manage and optimize data protection infrastructure, including Key Management Systems (KMS), Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), and cloud-native protection services. ● Incident Response: Participate in security incident response activities related to data breaches or data exfiltration events, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. ● Compliance & Auditing: Ensure data processing activities comply with global and regional data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits. ● Security Architecture: Provide security expertise to development and operations teams on integrating data protection controls into new and existing applications and infrastructure. ● Vulnerability Management: Identify data-related security
